実は昨年、初めてじゃがいもを育てました。収穫後みんなで試食したところ、甘味があってとても美味しく、出店先の名古屋では20kgが即完売したほどです。ポテトサラダやじゃがバターに最適な、昨年と同じ品種「デジマ」の種いもです。
今日は種いもの植え付けを行いました。
収穫が楽しみです。
こちらのさつまいも、紅はるかとシルクスイートは、いよいよ来月収穫です。どちらもとても甘い品種なので、食べ比べをするのが楽しみです。
農薬を使っていないため葉が虫食いですが、これだけ葉が茂っているので、たくさん実をつけていることに期待が膨らみます。
