種まきいろいろ
今日は、おかのり、岡ひじき、小松菜、ルッコラ、水菜、ラディッシュの種まきでした。
あまり馴染みのないおかのりですが、カルシウムはほうれん草の2倍、ビタミンB群が豊富に含まれています。
先日、ほうれん草とおかのりを、全く同じ味付けのお浸しで食べ比べてみました。おかのりは加熱すると若干ぬめりが出ますが、それ以外は、ほうれん草とたいした違いはなく、どちらがほうれん草で、どちらがおかのりなのか、わからなくなるくらいでした。
クセがないのでとても食べやすく、暑さにも強いので、葉物野菜が少ない夏場には重宝するお野菜になりそうです。
